  "It's a different experience in online customer relations," owner and CEO Todd de Neve says. "We're bringing customer service to the Internet, because without customer service, no e-commerce business will survive."
     "We don't just build computers, we build relationships," says deNeve, whose credentials include a degree's from the University of Texas and a 1999 nomination for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
